REMUERA
We were really excited when we got a call from Interior Designer Annick Larkin, to work with her and her husband to give their much loved 5-bedroom villa a contemporary make over. Renovation included new bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living spaces.
“I was responsible for choosing and sourcing all the fixtures, fittings and finishes. I also designed the kitchen and had this drawn up and manufactured by Fusion Kitchens & Cabinetry. Apart from that, our amazing builder, Chris Marsh from Elevate Projects, and his team of tradies did everything else.
Chris’ eye for detail is second to none and nothing was ever too much trouble – if I changed my mind on something or wanted to add new detailing to a room, he would make it happen.
They were incredibly efficient, and we ended up only having to move out for four months, with the bulk of the renovation being completed during that time. Chris made the reno stress-free and enjoyable.”

ORAKEI
Jake and his partner wanted to create a more modern style or their family home before the birth of their child.
“We wanted to bring our 1980’s brick and cedar home into the 21st century, and every room needed work. The team at Elevate have a real eye for design, and their attention to detail was amazing, especially with our kitchen, bathroom and deck. We are very happy with the job they’ve done. They worked exceptionally within our timeframes.”

MISSION BAY
When Structural Engineer, Liam Taylor and his wife purchased a home in Mission Bay to renovate, they turned to the help of Elevate Projects to fulfil their renovation plans.
“During our renovation, we encountered a few problems such as finding out our home was a leaky building and had asbestos. Chris took on these problems in stride and was very resourceful in getting the right team to fix our issues.
What was a considerably big obstacle to overcome, Chris and the team managed to resolve, and went above and beyond to finish the project for us. The outcome of our renovation showed some of the best workmanship we’d ever seen.”

Returning from vacation to a flooded home motivated homeowners to finish the renovations they began in the early 90’s.
“A lot of work was needed to repair water damage but we also wanted to re-do a few rooms. Our house was built in the 1800’s, and Chris and the team had all the right suggestions on how to make things work for our building structure. Now that we’re living in our new space, we’ve certainly noticed the attention to detail that has gone into our renovation. We can’t find any faults, Elevate Projects has done a top-quality job and I would happily recommend them to anyone.”

Interior Designer Maggie Gardner has over 20 years’ experience in designing luxury homes. When it came to renovating her own home, she chose Elevate Projects.
“My designs involved structural work to reconfigure the entire space, such as tearing down walls and replacing floors. Chris always had great suggestions and solutions on how to achieve what I wanted, and he phoned me daily with a progress report, which put me at ease.
Elevate Projects is one of the best building teams I have worked with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking at renovating.”
